Egg -> avocado
Butter -> thick rich creamy part of coconut milk 

Simple Humble Chocolate Cake - The Breadmaker Version

Lots of <3 to my dearest friend Sruti for passing on her yummilicious recipe!


1 cup low fat organic coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened chocolate chips melted
1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips to mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1/4 cup oil - I used avocado oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Add all ingredients to pan, sprinkle the 1/4 cup chocolate chips to mix.
Bake in the bake setting in bread maker

PS: sorry you can't lick up all the spoons, mixing bowl etc.. you are just dumping everything into your breadmaker pan, which means you have very little utensils to rinse ;)
