490 gms chicken breast, chilli flakes, ginger and garlic, green chillies, 1 Tbsp olive oil ( optional) .
Blended it all in the food processor. Rolled them in parchment paper as log. Tied the ends with kitchen twine and rolled with aluminium foil and pressure cooked them in Instant Pot - Set for 10 to 15 minutes on manual and Natural pressure release. The aluminium foil is for casing only and doesn't touch the meat.
You can try variations with spices or herbs of choice.
They taste amazing as snack and for lunch meat or lunch.
Pair with broccoli riced and cooked chinese style. With olive oil, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. With colored pepper and garnished with scallions.
